They need to stop micromanaging prescriptions. My meds are constantly being tweaked by my doctors and CVS auto refills when I've complained constantly to stop it. Now they want to merge all prescriptions into being filled on the same day! No way! This is an attempt IMO to get a big fat payout in one day instead of over time. I opted out of their new Script Sync plan. Problem is they put me in it without my permission and only found it out about it when I picked up a refill. You have customers' addresses and you could inform them by mail whether they want this or not before you automatically put them in a plan they never asked for or wanted in the first place. That's exceptionally brazen and frankly, should be illegal.

I absent-mindedly left my wallet at the self-checkout counter. The CVS employee, Joshua, looked up my phone number and called me to let me know so I could return for it. His service was above and beyond what was necessary and I am enormously grateful to him.

Use another pharmacy. This place is terrible. 6 + hours to fill a small prescription. The drop off area doesn’t exist. The pharmacy workers ignore you in person and never answer the phone. There’s no intuitive system for customers because they simply do not care. Management should study chick fil A operations or do basic training or simply close the doors. Embarrassment to the neighborhood and unacceptable to the customers who are in need of their medications. Note to the employees, if you are that unhappy, change things.

Complete TRASH. The pharmacy and Pharmacist Sue are horrific. I had an allergic reaction that required some medication for itching and a steriod - they filled my steriod but not the itching medication. I called - it takes OVER 24 minutes to get them to answer the phone. I ask, do you guys have this "itch" medication or do I need to transfer this and am met with - we are understaffed it will be ready today. I asked why the other was filled already when they both arrived at the same time and Sue responds - we close at 10pm they will both be ready by then is there anything else? ... my prescription was sent in around 1:30pm, one was filled by 2:30pm. i called them at 5pm, the second was ready at EIGHT pm. I am transferring ALL my prescriptions. this place is disgusting.

It’s time for CVS to start taking a better care of some pharmacies. The floor of this unit is dirty, carpet ripped off which is not recommended for a health professional building. It’s disgusting to see our medicine being dispensed in a place that looks so bad! I’m even surprised this place pass any inspection.
