Angela Traore1 StarI think this entire store’s staff needs to take some training classes! Extremely rude and highly unprofessional. I asked a question the cashier acted uninterested in helping me. I had to pick up pictures and the guy was so unprofessional with his deep sighs and the looks he was giving me. Not only that, I walked in the store. Shopped around and got about 7 items, I walked past 3 employees and not a single one looked at me or said hello. I felt like I was walking down the hall in high school. I will never visit this store again. Sadly, it’s a good location. But I see why the parking lot was empty. I’ve been in retail management for almost 20 years now, I wish I had 3 weeks with this store.Saturday 8th June 2024
Clarice Wasmuth1 StarThe pharmacy is unreliable! My MD called in prescription and they did not even have medication. Stated the ordered it and come back tomorrow. Came back still not ready. Then next day the worker had (female) very Kurt and rude. No apologies just excuses! Switching pharmacies!Wednesday 7th February 2024
Jules All natural (LoveBeads4Real)1 StarLately, where is the pharmacist! Hours are 9:00AM-12:00AM if I’m not mistaken. I went to pick up my prescriptions at 8:30 PM. twice this has happened; a sign on the window, ‘ pharmacist not on site’ all lights were turned off! Could not drop off or pick up prescriptions. I wished I had taken a photo, but hopefully they get it together. I really needed my RX I did not have time to drive around trying to find a different Walgreens, and who’s to say the other Walgreens would have given me my meds because, it’s not the location my doctor called it in to be filled.Sunday 11th February 2024
Jose Villagomez1 Star6-17-2014 At about 650pm, I called to get a status on a prescription. The phone rang 4 times, and each time, I was placed on hold without anyone saying anything. This is very unprofessional and shows they dont care for their clients. I am very disappointed in Walgreens.Monday 17th June 2024
